What is the difference between HiCellTek Free and HiCellTek Pro?
HiCellTek Free provides basic network monitoring (signal, technology, cell) on a single device, available for free on Google Play. HiCellTek Pro unlocks all advanced modules: Layer 3 decoding, VoLTE QoE, Speed Test, RF Monitor and more, for 19 EUR/month via Google Play.
Why choose the Team plan instead of multiple Pro licenses?
The Team plan (399 EUR/month/device, 3 devices minimum) includes a cloud fleet management dashboard, allowing you to supervise all devices, centralize measurements and manage licenses from a single interface. It is essential when you have more than 2 field engineers.
When should I upgrade to the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan is designed for operators and large organizations requiring SSO integration (SAML/OIDC), API access, guaranteed SLAs and dedicated support. It is available on request and adapts to your specific volume and security requirements.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. For Google Play plans (Free and Pro), the change is immediate. For cloud plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise), contact our team for a seamless migration.
Are QMDL and Excel exports available on all plans?
No. Advanced exports (Excel, QMDL, CSV, HLOG) are available starting from the Pro plan. The Free and Pro plans offer real-time visualization but do not include measurement file exports.
