HiCellTek no DIAG path
HiCellTek RF Monitor reads RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, ARFCN, band, cell ID, neighbors, throughput, MCS, MIMO layers, and UE capabilities through the Android Telephony API, on stock firmware, without DIAG or root.
DIAG is only required for L3 signaling capture (RRC, NAS) and L1 trace. For the vast majority of RF monitoring and optimization workflows, RF Monitor is sufficient.

Do I need DIAG for field test?

Can I use DIAG on an iPhone?
No. iPhones use different modems and do not expose Qualcomm DIAG even when a Qualcomm chipset is present.
