Account Deletion Request

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your HiCellTek account, send an email to:

support@hicelltek.com

Please include in your email:

  • The email address associated with your HiCellTek account
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Data that will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Account data: email address, password (hashed)
  • Device registrations: device identifiers linked to your license (ANDROID_ID, RSA public key)
  • Session data: diagnostic session history stored on our servers

Data NOT affected by deletion

The following data is not affected by account deletion, as it is stored only locally on your device:

  • Locally stored network measurements: diagnostic files (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, L3 messages) recorded on your device remain on the device
  • Exported files: Excel, QMDL, CSV, and HLOG exports already saved on your device

To delete this local data, uninstall the HiCellTek application from your device.

Processing timeframe

Your deletion request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important: HiCellTek Pro subscription

If you have an active HiCellTek Pro subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
