HiCellTek Analyzer
Desktop Windows application for advanced post-processing of your field sessions. Import your HLOG files, explore radio KPIs second by second, decode L3 messages in ASN.1 and visualize your measurements on GPS heatmaps or indoor maps.
HiCellTek Analyzer is a desktop Windows application for post-processing HLOG files collected by the HiCellTek Android app. It includes a KPI engine with 1-second and 5-minute binning, a full ASN.1 decoder (RRC LTE, RRC NR, NAS EPS, NAS 5GS), automatic L3 anomaly detection, GPS heatmaps, indoor maps, and CSV, JSONL and KML export. Progressive streaming handles files over 5 GB without exhausting memory. Price: EUR 2,490/year. Included in the Pro Enterprise plan.
Key features
Automatic 1-second (troubleshooting) and 5-minute (benchmarking) binning. RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, DL/UL throughput, BLER, CQI, RI, PMI per interval.
Full RRC LTE and NR decoder, NAS EPS and 5GS. Tree view, raw view and structured JSON export. 3GPP releases supported up to R17.
Automatic identification of critical events: RRC Connection Reject, Attach Reject, Service Reject, RLF, handover failure, inter-RAT redirections.
Geolocated KPI visualization on map backgrounds (Mapbox, OSM, Google Maps). Filtering by technology, band, PCI. KML export for Google Earth.
Import building floor plans (PNG, PDF). Place measurement points on the plan with interpolation. Ideal for DAS and small cell audits.
Progressive loading of large HLOG files. No size limit: the file is read in chunks, KPIs are computed on the fly without exhausting RAM.

Annual Desktop Analyzer license. Included in the Pro Enterprise plan. Quarterly ASN.1 decoder updates (3GPP releases).
Frequently asked questions
What file formats can HiCellTek Analyzer open?
HiCellTek Analyzer reads encrypted HLOG v1 files (chiffrement authentifié), raw QMDL files and CSV exports from the HiCellTek Android app. Progressive streaming allows loading files over 5 GB without exhausting memory.
Does it run on macOS or Linux?
HiCellTek Analyzer is available for Windows 10/11 (x64). A macOS build is under validation. The underlying ASN.1 libraries are already compiled for Linux x86_64 and ARM64.
What is the difference between 1-second and 5-minute binning?
1-second binning provides maximum granularity for cell-level troubleshooting: each second contains averaged KPIs (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, throughput). 5-minute binning is designed for benchmarking reports and long-session trend analysis.
Is HiCellTek Analyzer included in an existing plan?
Yes. HiCellTek Analyzer is included in the Pro Enterprise plan. It is also available standalone at EUR 2,490/year for teams that only need desktop post-processing.
Can I export results to third-party tools?
Yes. Available exports include CSV (Excel, Pandas, R compatible), JSONL (for data pipelines) and PDF reports with maps and charts. GPS heatmaps can be exported to KML for Google Earth.
