Complete ASN.1 decoder for LTE RRC (3GPP TS 36.331). Decodes all LTE signaling messages into exploitable C structures.
ASN.1 NR RRC
Complete ASN.1 decoder for 5G NR RRC (3GPP TS 38.331). Supports Rel-15 through Rel-18, NSA and SA.

DiagClient
Native Qualcomm DIAG parser. Access modem log packets from Snapdragon chipsets: L1/L2/L3 messages, RF measurements, system events.

Voice MOS engine based on ViSQOL (Google Research). Objective perceived voice quality score without human panel. Ideal for VoLTE/VoNR.

DiagClient is specific to the Qualcomm Snapdragon modem and only runs on ARM64 Android with root access.

Yes, each library is available standalone: ASN.1 LTE, ASN.1 NR, DiagClient, MOS Voice (ViSQOL), MOS Video (P.1204.3). You can also choose a bundle (ASN.1 LTE+NR, MOS Voice+Video) or the Full Stack license that includes all libraries.
What platforms are supported?

How does 3GPP maintenance work?
