How long does deployment take?
A typical Enterprise deployment follows 6 steps over 4 to 6 weeks: discovery (W0), demo and needs audit (W1), proposal and security review (W2), procurement (W3), onboarding and training (W4 to W6), then ongoing production. Urgent deployments can be accelerated to 2 weeks if your procurement process allows it.
Do you accept purchase orders and Net-30 / Net-60 terms?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We accept purchase orders, Net-30 and Net-60 terms, multi-year contracts and framework agreements. We also respond to security questionnaires and vendor onboarding processes.
Where is the data hosted?
Default hosting is in Europe (EU). For Enterprise customers, data residency is configurable (EU or MENA) and can be set per project. A private cloud option is available for the strictest requirements. The Security Overview details the architecture and subprocessors.
Is HiCellTek SOC2 certified?
A SOC2 Type II roadmap is in progress and shared with Enterprise customers on request. In the meantime, we provide an annual pen-test report, a GDPR-compliant DPA and SCCs, and a complete Security Overview with threat model, KMS policy and incident response procedure.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Yes. Regional pricing aligned with local budgets is available for Africa and the Middle East as part of the Enterprise plan. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Do you provide the smartphones?
As an option, yes. The HiCellTek Fleet Kit (1 master tablet + 6 preconfigured Qualcomm smartphones) is available as an option included in Enterprise. Root is performed on the kit devices. For customer devices, root remains the customer's responsibility.
What SLA do you guarantee?
4h 24/7/365 SLA on critical incidents (blocked production, capture loss, data corruption). Uptime SLA signed on cloud components (licensing, sync). Details and service credits in case of breach are contracted in the Enterprise MSA.
Can I integrate HiCellTek with my NOC / SOC / OSS?
Yes. Integration with your NOC, SOC, OSS or data lake is included in the Enterprise onboarding program. The public REST API enables custom integrations. HLOG, QMDL and CSV exports are compatible with standard post-processing workflows.
