Zain operates a varied frequency portfolio across its markets. Zain KSA (Saudi Arabia) has the most advanced 5G deployment in the group, while other markets focus on 4G LTE.

What 4G bands does Zain use in the Middle East?

Zain uses several LTE bands depending on the country: B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz), B7 (2600 MHz), B8 (900 MHz) and B20 (800 MHz). In Saudi Arabia, Zain KSA also deploys B38 (2600 MHz TDD) and B40 (2300 MHz TDD) for dense area capacity.

Does Zain offer 5G?
