How to check your phone's compatibility

1
Find your IMEI

Dial *#06# on your phone. The first 8 digits form the TAC (Type Allocation Code) that identifies your model.

2
Look up supported bands

Enter your IMEI or TAC in our TAC Lookup tool to get the list of frequency bands supported by your device.

3
Compare with Zain bands

Your device should support at minimum B1 + B3 for proper 4G coverage. For 5G on Zain KSA, bands n77 or n78 are required.
