What is the difference between QoS and QoE in mobile networks?
QoS (Quality of Service) describes objective network parameters: throughput, latency, packet loss. QoE (Quality of Experience) translates these metrics into user perception: voice MOS, video MOS, application feel. A network can have good QoS but degraded QoE if application services are not properly dimensioned.
What is VoLTE MOS and how to improve it?
